Eiselsberg Mathieu needle holders are essentially useful suturing tools that facilitate inserting as well as grasping needles during various surgical and dental procedures. This tool fits comfortably in the operator’s hand as the grip handles have optimal curves. This tool provides a better grip of the needle as it features short serrated jaws at the distal end. 

This tool has a scissor-like shape with two blades having a pair of grooved blunt tips that securely holds the needle. The tips are designed in such a way that prevents slipping during suturing and provides a firm grip on the needle.
